For in-stock items, orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Estimated transit times: SKF 7-15 days, NTN 5-12 days depending on destination. We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight. Express options are available for urgent orders. Full tracking information is provided upon shipment.

Yes. As an authorized distributor of both brands, we can consolidate SKF and NTN items into a single shipment with one commercial invoice and packing list, simplifying your import process. This is especially useful for mixed-brand OEM projects.
Q Can I order OEM custom-packaged bearings with my brand name?

Q What trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP terms. The most common option for international buyers is FOB Qingdao/Tianjin or CIF destination port. DDP is available for select regions. Please specify your preferred Incoterm when requesting a quotation.
Q Do you provide full export documentation?
Yes. We provide a complete set of export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin, and inspection certificate. Additional documents (e.g. Form E for ASEAN, EUR.1 for EU) can be arranged upon request.
Q How can I track my shipment after dispatch?
Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking number and carrier details via email. You can track in real time on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). For sea freight, we provide the B/L number and vessel information. Contact us anytime for shipment status updates.

If products are found to be defective or non-conforming upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and batch codes. We will arrange a replacement or credit note promptly. Returns due to ordering errors are handled case-by-case; restocking fees may apply.
Q How do I verify the authenticity of bearings I receive?
Each bearing ships with its original manufacturer packaging, holographic seals and traceable batch codes. You can verify authenticity using SKF's or NTN's official anti-counterfeiting tools on their respective websites. We also provide a certificate of conformity with every order upon request.
Q Do you offer technical support for bearing selection and installation?

Payment

Q What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), Western Union and PayPal for smaller orders. T/T is the most common method for international B2B transactions. Please contact us to confirm the best option for your region and order size.
Q What are the standard payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners with established credit, we may offer net-30 or other arrangements. L/C at sight is accepted for large orders above a certain threshold.
Q In which currencies can I pay?
We primarily invoice in USD (US Dollars). EUR and CNY are also accepted for select arrangements. Please mention your preferred currency when requesting a quotation and we will accommodate where possible.
Q Is it safe to make an international wire transfer to you?
